Cookie Policy

Effective date: 2026-05-27

Not legal advice. This document describes how Morpheous actually uses cookies and similar technologies, for transparency. Have a licensed attorney review it before relying on it in any dispute or in markets (e.g. the EEA) with strict prior-consent rules.

1. What this policy covers

This Cookie Policy describes how Morpheous(“we”) uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies on app.morpheous.cloud (the “App”). It supplements our Privacy Policy.

2. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. “Local storage” and “session storage” are similar technologies that store data in your browser without involving a cookie. We use a mix of all three.

3. Categories of cookies we use on the App

3.1 Strictly necessary (always on)

Required for the App to function. We do not require your consent to set these because they are essential to providing the service you requested.

3.2 Functional

Improves your experience by remembering preferences and state. We treat these as essential for the builder to feel responsive; you can still disable them in your browser if you accept the trade-off.

3.3 Analytics (anonymous) — on Customer-published pages

The following are set by our visitor-tracker script on pages our Customers publish, not on the App itself. They contain no personal information.

4. Third-party cookies we do not set ourselves

Some of our subprocessors may set cookies during their part of the flow:

  • Stripesets cookies during Checkout for fraud prevention. Governed by Stripe’s own policy.
  • Vercel may set diagnostic cookies as our hosting provider.
  • Bunny.net / Cloudflare set CDN-level cookies on video-delivery endpoints.

5. Your choices

  • Cookie banner. When you first visit the App you will see a banner letting you accept all cookies or reject non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time by clicking the “Cookie preferences” link in the App footer.
  • Browser controls. You can configure your browser to block cookies or to alert you when cookies are being set. Blocking essential cookies may prevent the App from working.
  • Visitor-side opt-out.Pages our Customers publish are governed by those Customers’ own privacy policies. End-users should refer to those policies and may clear browser storage to remove visitor identifiers we set.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the current version became effective.
