Photoshoot at the Bellosguardo hotel — or that other amazing castle with the long road. Eat at Mercato Centrale. In the evening, pizza in a piazza, a stroll through the old town, and the creamiest gelato in the city.

Cafe Giorgio. The best schiacciata at Stefano's. Fruit gelato at Passera. Free time to wander — Forte Belvedere is a must. Models join us throughout the entire day.

Cafe Giorgio, then a big co-op café for lunch. On to Montecatini Terme, with an evening photoshoot up in Montecatini Alto, followed by dinner in the hilltop town.

Breakfast, then off to Cinque Terre for a landscape shoot. A day at the beach, focaccia you'll dream about, and an overnight stay on the coast.

Visit the storybook towns of Pienza and Montepulciano. Shoot among the cypress-lined Tuscan hills and stay the night there.

A final cinematic photoshoot followed by a hands-on editing day — learn how the magic comes together in post and walk away with images you're proud of.
